I did not eat well today at all lol. But this week I’m not so much focusing on food, but on exercise.
Today I started a 30 day yoga journey (you can read about that on the challenges page here, I’m really, really, really excited to do 30 days of yoga, and I’m hoping that it kinda gets me into a routine of doing some sort of movement a day.
For food I had:
Oh, i missed the chocolate bar off of my breakdown, but you get the gist of my diet from this lol.
