I have to combine these 2 days as I have been quite busy, and unfortunately didn’t get around to posting yesterday.
My food choices still haven’t been the best this week, but I keep reminding myself that I’m not changing how I eat just yet, I’m focusing on working out instead.
Day 5, I did Les Mills Combat, and my yoga that I am doing daily. So, so far I have done 2 out of 3 lots of Les Mill in the first week of my journey. I will do it for the 3rd time on Tuesday (as I didn’t do it on day 6!)

Like I said, the food choices ain’t great, but again, we have had company also, so the best food choices haven’t been available either.
Day 5 we visited an absolutely gorgeous place. It had beautiful coloured water, surrounded by forest, and just an amazing scenery. The weird thing is that this isn’t that far from where I live. It’s an abandoned quarry that has been left to fill up with water (I’m assuming that’s why the water is so clear), and I will definitely be visiting it again!
On day 6 I actually tried out tap dancing for the first time. I absolutely loved it and I will definitely do it again. It was quite challenging, and it made me sweat (so can totally call this a workout too lol), so I’m considering actually taking it up as a challenge, just like what I’m doing with my 30 days of yoga. Lemme know what you think about that in the comments down below, I look forward to hearing your opinions! Also, are there any challenges or new hobbies you are thinking of picking up? I’d love to hear them.
It’s the last day of the first week tomorrow, and I’m going to have a think about what mini goal I will have for that week; I should probably have an ‘eat more fruit and veg’ goal lol, but we will see!
